Automatic wallboard toilet paper rewinding machine is for making toilet paper roll.the machine automatic feed core.Raw material jumbo roll after full embossing or edge embossing,then perforation,end cutting and spray the tail glue become a log.then it can work connect with automatic cutting machine and packing machine to become finished home use paper roller product.the rewinding machine is controlled by PLC,people operate it through touch screen,the whole process is automaticly,easy to operate,lower the labor costs.we can do customized according to client different requirements.

 We use wood box and wood pallet according to container full or not.

A.Installation:

We offer manual together with machine delivery.After customer confirm received the machine,we will guide customer’s install engineer install first.If customer’s engineer can not install,and need our engineer come to install,customer need to pay our engineer $120 per day per person for salary,customer should afford the engineer round-trip ticket,visa,and Meals and accommodation.

B.After-sales Service:

a).Warranty:One year quality warranty,if the main accessaries broken(not human error control damage),we will send the broken accessaries free to customer’s address.The warranty time start from when the customer receive the machine. 

b).Provide Lifelong Maintenance:we offer lifelong maintenance,after one year quality warranty time,if the machine have problems,we will offer free technology advice to help customer solve the problems,if need change accessaries,we will guide customer purchase right accessaries to install,and if customer need our accessaries,we will send our accessaries all according to actual prices.

2.Q:What is the delivery time

A:Normally, our delivery time is 60 days from 30% deposit byT/T transfer.ready machine 5-10 days.we produce almost all accessaries all by ourselves to make sure machine high quality and work good,if the machine you buy is standard size,we can ready the machine within 45 days.

3.Q:What is our warranty?

A:our warranty is one year start from machine arrive the client’s place, the parts can be replaced for free within one year(not including the easy-wear parts like blade), but the after-sales service is all machine lifetime, any problems happen can contact us, we will try our best to help you out of trouble.

4.Q:What is our payment terms?

A:Our general payment terms is T/T. After confirmed machine details, client need to pay 30% of the total amount by T/T to start the order.  After machine finished and tested, and client feel satisfied (client can come and test the machine or we send machine testing videos to them) then pay 70% by T/T before shipping.(For other payment terms, need to be agreed by buyer and seller both parts.)
