Electric control system
The electric controal cabinet can start and stop the machine, adjust the speed of the mesh belt. It is equipped with fault alarm device.
Feeding conveyor
Feeding conveyor adopts synchronous motor, with the same speed for mesh belt. It can ensure constant drying speed.
Discharge conveyor
The discharge conveyor can convey dried materials.
Stainless steel double mesh belt
The mesh belt dryer use stainless steel double mesh belt, the mesh is wear-resisting, and the hole size on the mesh can be customized, according to different material.
Spreading equipment
The material can be spread on the net belt, so that the material can be heated evenly.
Heat source
The heat source can be stove or heat pump. Stove can burn biomass pellets, wood, coal, rice husk, corncob, gas, diesel. Heat pump mainly use electricity.
