DOA&RMA service
Warranty
DOA Service (Dead On Arrival):
To run DOA within 30 days after shipment. Goods are guaranteed to exchange when it is returned.
New product operation would be completed within 5-20 working days. Round trip shipping costs are paid by ITD. The following failures are allowed to be serviced by DOA:
A: The image cannot display normally.
B: It cannot be powered on.
C: The internal functions of monitors are out of work.
RMA Service (Return Merchandise Authorization):
To run RMA within 1 year after shipment. Maintenance time lasts from 5 to 20 working days according to the difficulty and specific situation. Returning shipping cost after maintenance is paid by ITD.
The Range of Warranty
All of the products offered by ITD except for gifts.
Authorized Number
A: Before customers return the goods to ITD for maintenance, they must apply for an authorized number (Please ask your sales contact who would reply you in one working day.) If we receive the returns without authorized number marked on package, we would reject to receive it.
B: If we receive the returns including unauthorized goods, these would be rejected.
Rules of Warranty
A: ITD guarantees the maintenance and all related replacement cost free of charge for products still in one year’s warranty. Its warranty still keeps the original deadline.
B: ITD does not provide substitute goods to customers’ provisional using.
C: Custom goods are not in the DOA service of replacement.
D: ITD has no duty to accept customers’ returns due to their mistakes.
Paid service
The following situations are belonging to paid service:
A. Surpassing guarantee period..
B. Caused by natural disaster.
C. Damaged by whom operated the products not according to the instruction manual..
D. The ITD warranty label was re-pasted, fabricated, tore up, altered, etc.
E. Broken during shipment..
ITD will firstly provide a lowest repairing cost for every product and testing fees with customers, and then get down to repairing service work after receipt of customers’ agreement and signed bill of estimate.
Transport Expense Payment
A. DOA: The shipping cost of round trip charges ITD..
B. RMA: The shipping cost from ITD to customers after maintenance charges ITD. Another half charges customers.
C. Paid Service: The shipping cost of round trip charges customers.
Transport Method
A: Land carriage is the main method for domestic customers. Special requests are negotiable with our salesman.
B: Airfreight or sea freight is the main method for overseas customers. Special requests are negotiable with our salesman.
Transportation Claim
A: If ITD receives returns with any broke, we would inform the customers right away and ask them to contact the carrier or forwarding company to inspect and claim.
B: When customers receive our goods, please inspect appearance at the first time. If customers find any broken, please tell the carrier and check the broken situation. Simultaneously, please write down the detailed broken results in the cargo receipt and inform ITD immediately. ITD would ask for claim to the transporting company.
