2. Making vulcanization curve of crude rubber, ensuring the strength.
3. Inspecting all semi-finished products.
4. Making acid and alkali treatment of rubber stopper, ensuring products clean.
5. Washing rubber stopper in 100000 class clean workshop by pure water (two-stage reverse osmosis water).
6. Re-washing, silicification and dry in 10000 class clean workshop.
7. Package stoppers in 10000 class and part 100 class clean workshop.
8. The whole production process meet ISO9001 quality system.
9. We have full test instruments and tools according to the standard documents.
