This high-frequency welding pipe mill is specialized equipment to produce high frequency straight seam welded pipes for structural pipe and industrial pipe with Φ13mm~Φ38mm and wall thickness of 0.6~1.8mm. Through optimization design, best materials choice, and accurately fabrication and rolls, the whole line can be reached high precision and high speed. Within suitable range of pipediameter and wall thickness, pipe production speed can be adjusted.

Uncoiling→ Accumulating→ Leveling→ Forming→ HF welding→ Deburring (outer) → Cooling→ Sizing→ Straightening→ Cutting→Discharging

The Compact welder is ideal for quick retrofitting on existing mills when replacing obsolete vacuum tube welders. All the reliability of a standard ZSHC Compact High Frequency Welder, with a small footprint.

With its Current-Fed Inverter (CFI) design, our welding equipment range gives you the capability to successfully weld almost any metal you want – efficiently and economically.

The seller would send one technical engineer to the equipment worksite to commissioning the Solid State H.F welder.
2. One Year Warranty Period
12 months from the date of the equipment is qualified to be commissioned by the Seller’s technician at the Buyer’s site.
3.Sufficient spare parts inventory
4. Provide 7 x 24 hours full response service.
5. Life-long paid service, and spare parts
