The weft free cloth continuous production line is a combination of creel, welding machine, cutting bed, and flat film laminating machine.
This weft free cloth continuous production line is suitable for continuous production of non-weft cloth such as body armor,helmet,shield,chest plate,armored vehicle,explsion-proof blanket,fiberglass cloth,carbon fiber cloth and so on.This machine can produce PE and aramid fiber cloth,both water-based and oily adhesive can be used.PLC control system is applied featured by easy operation,high efficiency and less labour.Use mirror roller for fiber string and laying to ensure hamless to the fiber itself.The whole machine adopts the gear drive system which allows the producing process lower noise and higher stability.
