You can order online by Alibaba, Or Email us your details, and we will contact you immediately and help you proceed with the orders.
2. Can you offer special discounts to the wholesaler or we make big quantity?
Yes, we will give you best support according to your quantity, and will arrange some promotion products every month.
3. What is your delivery time?
Normally, we can finish one order at about 15-20days, but the exact time depends on different styles and different quantities you order.
4. Do I have to assemble all items by myself or by my customer himself?
Our packing will be two different ways according to different products. Some are used the KD packing, and others need to be assembled, But it is so easy to assemble with the user manual or video teaching.
5. What's your warranty?
We normally will provide one or two years warranties according to different models. If the product is caused by factory mistakes, We will give you free replacement. If it was damaged during the shipping or other reasons, we will provide the best solutions for you.
6. What payment do you accept?
Normally we can provide TT, LC, PAYPAL, ESCROW, WESTERN UNION ect. Any other ideas, please contact us for better support.
7. Is the MOQ negotiable?
Yes. But the unit price is adjustable to the order quantity.
We are keeping stock of some items which is more flexible on the MOQ and delivery time. Please email to us if you would like to get the most updated stock list.
8.How many items can mix in one container?
You can mix 5 -10 items in a 20'FCL and 20-40 items in a 40'FCL
