EVVA Factory has a series of advanced machines for battery pack assembly. They include cell sorting machine which can group cells by a strict a small error on voltage and internal resistance, automatic welding machine which can weld 500pcs big battery packs per hour, spot welder, Aging machine for cycling test and a series of testing machines.

Each battery will be packaged with single insulative bag and box before shipment.

For air, each big carton contains max. 10KG battery packs.

For ocean shipment, each carton will be piled up by a pallet.

All products of EVVA will be well packaed with strong paper carton and extra protected materials to ensure safe delivery.

Is your battery quality approved?

Yes, we guarantee that the quality of cell we use is approved by EVVA. And we will have full inspection of each cells and grouping them before assembling into battery packs. Besides, the PCM we use is self-designed and is manufacured according to different application &specification. And all finished battery packs will be under a full inspection before shipment.

Do you have a factory for battery pack assembly?

Yes, we are a professional factory for high-end battery pack assembly. With a series of advanced equipment and experienced staffs we are sure we can provide a high quality and high-end Lithium battery pack for your end. We are factory and our lead time is guaranteed and well controlled.

What kind of testing do you use before shipment?

Battery pack voltage, internal resistance, aging (discharge and charge), dimension, etc.

What certifications do you have?

We have passed the ISO 9001: 2015 certification including design, production and sales of Lithium ion batteries. Also we have CE, UN38.3, CB and other testing certifications for our battery packs. If for OEM battery packs, we can also send to authority for testing if you required.

What is your warranty?

We guarantee the quality before the item is shipped. You can 3-month free replacement, and lifetime maintenance service from the date of delivery. Any damages caused by improper use are not covered by our warranty.

What is your lead time if I placed an order?

For all products in stock, our lead time is within 2 working days after payment received. For OEM battery packs, our lead time is around 10-20 days.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer, Alibaba trade assurance and paypal.

What shipment method do you use?

Air (for small parcels, we ship via UPS express or other door to door air method) or ocean (for large shipment, we would ship via sea).
