Quick mold change system for injection molding machine
HQMC electro-permanent magnetic quick mold clamping system is suitable for 50~4000 ton injection molding machine. The new circular magnetic structure and special internal magnetic circuit design make it 20% more attractive than the traditional magnetic platen. It cost less than 3 minutes for general injection molding machine of mold change, The change time of oversize mold is shortened from 2 hours to 10 minutes.
