Heating system:
Using infrared gas stove to heat and insulate the paint inside of the tank. With this improvement, Users can use this one to melt paint and mark lines. It can not only help to save cost, but also save time and space.
Nozzle:
The increased nozzle on top of the outlet port and two nozzle behind of marking shoes can keep the temperature of the paint about 180℃ from outlet port to the ground.Unique feeding mechanism design to avoid happening of bad feeding such as missing, blocking, hard operation or easy damage;
Material tank Increasing the tank volume from 55L to 100L, It can melt more paint onetime to save time and improve efficiency.
The Marking shoes made by alloy material, It can keep marking the beautiful lines when the road is not flat. Simple structure , easy to disassemble, change and maintain.
Glass beads dispenser makes the dispensing synchronization with the marking line and ensures the quantity of the dispensing is controllable and adjustable.
