Packing Details: Packing by PE liner bag+ carton

Delivery Details: 6-10days after payment receipt for stock bag, and 18-22days for customized bag;

1. Collecting bags from machine

2. Preparation of carton with liner PE bag

3. putting bags in the carton and sealed by tape

4. Double packing belt outside of carton

5. Pallet with wood or plastic

6. Wrapping film with packing belt,waiting for transportation.

FAQ

1. MOQ

The moq with rotogravure printing is decided by bag size, for example W10*H15cm bag,moq with customerized printing is 50K pcs. 500pcs without printing. that's less qty with big size,more qty with small size.

MOQ with digital printing is 100pcs or 500pcs even 10pcs;

2. Delivery time

Normally with rotogravure printing it's 16-24days with customerized spec include cylinders production.and 15-20 days from second order.

With digital printing, 10-15days.
And only 7working days for those stock bag;

3. Trade term

For first order, usually with EXW or FOB by ALI trade assurance,which is guarantee to buyer.

4. Sample cost

We provide similar sample for free.Also accept the customerized sample making,details will be discussed by email or skype or whatsapp.

5. Cylinder

Cylinders cost caused only with customerized printed bag with rotogravure printing,which are made for first time and repeatedly use for many orders. The cost is charged as color qty, one cylinder for one color,the cost is related to bag size,will be provided with quotation.Below is the photo of cylinders
