Intorduction:
This machine line is for PUR hot melt adhesive which is for the lamination of various kinds of based materials and cover materials, it's especially good for the lamination of high gloss cover materials such as transparent films. PUR is a kind of the hot melt adhesive which reatives with the moisture in the air, no smell, no harming.
Application Materials:
Panel: Partical board, MDF, Plywood, Plastic board, gypsum board foamed plastic board etc.
Cover Material: PET, PVC, Paper, HPL, CPL, Acrylic, Meter film etc.
Glue: PUR hot melt adhesive, PO, PSA,EVA hot melt
Composition of production line:
1.Conveyor rollers for panel loading.
2.Dust cleaning device to removing the dust and small particles on the plywood board before coating glue.
3.Panel preheating oven before glue coating. Because of the PUR hot melt, the preheating system can make the panel to be warm in cold days.
4.Single side glue spreading. Oil heating system is used on dosing roller, coating roller and crush roller. The precise heating elements, which create a stable and even temperature, make the glue coating flat, equal and glossy. Combining with the glue melt tank, this machine can continuously provide top quality and high efficient production.
5.Roll Presser. Single roller with hydraulic syetem gives the pressure to the combined materials. The pressure is adjustable, with expanding shaft and powder bake, film in rollers can be easily handled.
6.Automatic side trimming is adjustable, and slitting device is optional, it will save a lot of labor.
7. Working talbe for with conveyor rollers ,and equip with motor.
