1. Machine is with front and rear through door, the front and rear bars can be taken off to allow longer work piece through. The machine cover adopts Completely bending acrylic, so to provide larger visable window, at the same time to reduce laser radiation. Machine body adopt diamond structure, to be consistent with Lansen high quality.
2. The Key switch, Emergency stop, lamp for the work area all take 24V low voltage, to promise the operator's safety.
3. Machine adopts safety door lock, with higher safety margin and longer lifespan than commen door lock.
4. Machine XY axis adopt Just Motion servo driver and motor. And there also with motor damage protection, when the motor has problem, the machine with stop work. It reduces the fire risk to the utmost.
5. New model machine is standard with motorized up and down table function.
6. Machine adopts high density metal slat work table, and there is cover to protect the belts, ballscrews and motors for the
motorized up and down table, this structure protects the parts from dust and smoke. Also the close structure will help the exhaust smoke more effectively.
