The rolls wrapper is our latest design and most advanced machine. It is a new generation wrapper with high production speed.
1) It adopts full servo technology, touch screen and SIEMENS SIMOTION control system. Parameters can be set conveniently and quickly. Machine Automatically completes whole process from the automatic feeding, arranging, wrapping and sealing. Running in a high speed and no pollution.
2)This machine is designed to have various specifications format changeover between toilet roll and kitchen towel with advanced double layers arrangement system.
3)Adopting advanced world famous brand components in pneumatic parts, electric parts and operation parts.
4)The machine is designed to have quick and flexible format changeover. The changing time less than 30 minutes.
5)This machine is used plastic film roll to pack, it saves the cost.
6) Five-channels motorized belt feeding conveyor with high technology controlled by SIEMENS SIMOTION control system.
