A: Yes. Sample could be provided before the bulk order, and OEM/ODM also acceptable.

A: Generally it is 2-3 days if the goods are in the stock. Or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to the quantity.

A: Normally our payment term is 30% deposit and 70% balance, subject to the specific order.

A: Yes, the essential oil can be refilled. But only PURE Essential oil can be use by the diffuser, water can not be add into the machine.
