4. Guarantee

A. 15 days free replacement: within 15 days of purchase, if it is found with a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the light.

B. 12 months free warranty: Within 12 months of purchase, we offer free warranty for any defect occur under normal usage (non-human factor).

C. Limited lifetime warranty: If problems develop after 12 months of purchase, we will charge for parts. The total repair fee is assessed according to the cost of the replaced materials and no extra reparation fee will be charged.

We pay a lot of time and energy to take photos of our products. Some one steal our photo directly and use in their website. This harm us deeply. So we put water marks on our product to prevent this. If you want picture without water marks, please contact with us directly.

3. Product color and outlook

All the pictures shown on our website are taken with real product, but it may not look exactly the same in shape and color due to the difference of the monitor/display of different computer/mobile device.
