The high-efficiency switch welder (all-in-one machine) is mainly composed of full-bridge rectifier, filter, modular power

Inverter Unit
The inverter trigger circuit completely selects high-reliability integrated circuit chip and high-power driver chip, which reduce
the number of components in peripheral circuits and fundamentally decreases the possibility of failure; its anti-interference
ability and work stability are far better than the circuit composed of single chip or other chips. The board has the following
features:
1) Inverter has wide adaptation scope in working status, and does not need to adjust the working status after replacement of steel
specifications or sensor.
2) It has the phase-locked loop circuit, with excellent automatic frequency tracking capability;
3) It has the unique start phase locking detection function.
4) It has complete protection functions: high phase protection, low phase protection, frequency over-limit protection,
over-voltage protection and low supply voltage protection of control board.

Water-water Heat Exchange Unit
1. Operating principle
The distilled water is used for internal circulation to cool the equipment. The ordinary water is used for external circulation to
cool distilled water, and finally reach the purpose of cooling the equipment.
2. Composition:
Stainless steel plate-type heat exchanger, circulating pump, circulating inner water tank, water pressure relay, external cooling
water interface, electrical control part and base. 3. Advantages of application in industrial heating equipment cooling system:
The internal circulating water is distilled water, so that equipment water line has no water scale, and does not appear the
phenomenon of electric erosion, making equipment operation failure greatly reduced.
The closed circulation prevents foreign matter from entry, so that the pipeline will not be blocked.
