Laminate flooring technology has dramatically improved over the past few years and it is becoming increasingly more difficult to distinguish laminate flooring from real natural wood and tile flooring. Laminate flooring is not just offered in wood plank designs, but also in a wide range of colors in realistic stone, slate and tile designs with grout lines.

  For a laminate floor to feel "natural", there needs to be enough "variation" between sheets/planks so that the eye does not detect patterns that break the illusion.BBL Floor care to arrange the units in an order which does not repeat closely.No-repeat within 50 peices.

Apart from laminate flooring, we also produce vinyl flooring, vinyl composite flooring (so-called WPC flooring), super hybrid flooring and Laminate Floor.

   Established in 1991, Jiangsu BBL Home technology Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of laminated flooring and decoration paper.

   We have 3 high-speed melamine paper printing lines, capable of printing 15 tons of paper per day, which can be used for flooring of 12500 square meters. 

   We have 12 impregnating lines, which can produce melamine paper of 70,000 piece per day, which can be used for flooring of 60,000,000 square meters per month. 

Our 10 pressing lines can finish pressing 15,000 boards per day, equal to 45,000 square meters of flooring. The capacity of our cutting line is 2.1 million square meters per month.

   We have 8 profiling lines, the capacity of which is 2,1 million square meters per month as well.

   We have our own full industrial chain for production of laminate flooring, i.e.we have our own melamine paper printing line, workshop for melamine paper impregnation, pressing, cutting and profiling.
