A: For items if in stock, we can send out goods to you within 48 hours. For items not in stok, we need about 7-15

days to make it depend on your order quantity.

A: We will offer free sample that have in stock, but the shipping cost is paid by your side.

5. What's your MOQ ? Can i mix different styles to a start order ?

A: Yes, the MOQ is 200 pcs for each style each color, but we can provide any stock as sample for you check the quality first.

6. Could you make my own design ?

A: Yes, it is welcome. please send us your design document of PDF, CDR, AI format.

7. How many days to receive sample  ? What's your delivery time ?

A: About 3-7 days to get sample. Usually it takes about 15 days for production, it also depend on goods quality and quantity.

8. What's your shipping method ?

A: Fedex/DHL/UPS/TNT/EMS, by sea, by air,ect

9. How about your after-service ?

A: Once send out goods, we will provide tracking number or B/L for you asap. If you are not satisfied with the goods
