Inspection Process:
1.After finished air chamber,we will inflate all buoys with air,and leave it for 24 hours to check if it leaks.

2.The next day, we will spot testing about 20%-40% products,pressed it into water to check if it leaks. no water bubbles come out.
3.Before shipment,our OQC will also conduct the last random inspection.
Note: We ensure that all products are tested and qualified before arranging delivery.

All inflatable camping tent must go through the following inspection before delivery.
1.Checking the raw material before cutting.
2.Checking the swatches before producing.
3.Checking all the printing logo after they have finished.
4.Checking all the details while the production operated (include Sewing and Welded).
5.Checking the goods after they have finished.
6.Checking all the goods after they have packed.
