Control panel
The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature controller to control the power switch, main heating work/stop button, voltage, current meter, and computer interface so that the working status of the system can be observed at any time. Heating Elements
Using silicon carbide rod(Sic) or silicon molybdenum rod(Mosi2) as the chamber heating elements (Different temperature requirements the different heating elements and ceramic board will be using),Usually below 1200 degrees Celsius, we will use alloy resistance wire or silicon carbon rod. Silicon carbon rods are used for heating elements below 1600 and silicon molybdenum rods are used for heating elements below 1800.
Ceramic Fiber Board
The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina polylightweight materials. The materials are easy to be hit and the loading position (furnace mouth and bottom) is made of lightweight hollow aluminum oxide plate with high operating temperature, small heat storage, no cracks, no slag, good insulation performance (the energy-saving effect is more than 60% of that of the traditional furnace).
Thermocouple
Thermocouple is a commonly used temperature measuring element in temperature measuring instruments. It directly measures the temperature and converts the temperature signal into a thermoelectric electromotive force signal, which is converted into the temperature of the measured medium by an electrical instrument (secondary instrument). GWL offers a choice of K to platinum rhodium and B thermocouples.
