This series of rotary kiln is the large-size advanced international calcining kiln & furnace which is developed by our company and many scientific research institutes such as Beijing General Reserch Institute of Mining & Metallurgy, Changsha Research Institute Of Mining & Metallurgy, Suzhou Sinoma Reserch Institute of Non-metallic Mining Industry, etc. Compared with the rotary kiln with the same specification made by the traditional technology, this series of torary kiln can make the production capacity increase by 30%, make the heat consumption reduce by 40% and make the discharged flue gas temperature<250 °C , so it is convenient for collecting dust and meeting the modern environment protection needs about energy saving and consumption reducing. This rotary kiln is widely used for extracting nickel from laterite, calcining the activated limestone, oxidized pellet, magnesium oxide, aluminum oxide, titanium dioxide, etc.

The structure characteristic of rotary kiln
1. The rotary calcining kiln shell design fully take into consideration of the corner at shell flexible supporting to extend the lifetime of refractory bricks and castings. 2. Adopt supporting roller bearing with big diameter and small ratio between length and diameter to improve the reliability. The bearing is automatic self-sligning bearing. 3. The better sealing effect of new type open gear hood sealing type. 4. The spring lamination overlying type lexible sealing, double layer spring lamination sealing increase the heat insulation layer to improve the reliability and lifetime.
Production Line
The Rotary kiln is mainly composed of kiln shell, refractory bricks, supporting device, supporting device with catch wheel, transmission device, lubrication device, mobile kiln head and sealing device at the end of the kiln.
1. Supporting device: advanced shaft structure, automatic temperature measuring device and electrical heating. 2. Catch wheel: including two kinds mechanical wheel and hydraulic pressure. 3. Gears: single or double. Control the rotating speed by buncher, DE machine and frequency variable motor. Be reliable, energy-saving, and efficient. 4. Kiln shell tire bolster: lower bolster has three types: fixed, zoom and floating. The structure is simple, replacement is convenient and won’t hurt cylinder. 5. Sealing equipment: there are many kinds for choice according to kiln models, including air cylinder edge sealing, spring edge sealing, and graphite block sealing and combination for above. The sealing effect is very good. 6. Kiln head hood: including stationary type and flexible type.
