SMC is a fiber reinforced thermoset moulding material in the form of Sheet. SMC is molded in way of compression. In some cases, specially designed formulation can also be injection molded. Every formula from IFIRSTOR is tailor made for customer’s need in order to comply with the requirements for product properties, process ability and so on. SMC is most suitable for large parts with flatter surface. SMC is widely used in automotive, mass transportation and other industries due to its outstanding performance regarding strength and stiffness, appearance, fire resistance, anti-corrosion, dimensional stability, low density and so on. IFIRSTOR are able to make many of the high demanding requirement SMC such as Class A surface for automotive exterior parts, high fire resistant for railway train interior parts through its formulation and special process technology.
