1. Are you a factory or trading company?
We're both manufacturer and trader. We have 2 joint venture factories located in Chaozhou and have BSCI / SEDEX certificates.
We have been engaged in this business for 20 years.
2. What is your major market?
60% for Europe, 20% for North America, 15% for Asia and Australia, 5% for others.
3. Is there a requirement of minimum order quantity?
Normally it's 1000 pcs per shape per pattern. Some collections are flexible and we can discuss.
4. Can you accept sample order?
Normally we provide 1 set of sample for free.
Sample lead time is 2-3 weeks depending on shapes and techniques.
5. How long is your delivery time?
It's 75-90 days upon sample approval and LC/deposit received.
6. Can you accept OEM?
Yes, we have a strong R&D team, 12 designers in China and 1 Holland designer team.
7. Can I have the exclusivity of your designs in our market?
Yes. We can hold exclusivity for you on condition of meeting our specific MOV. We hold exclusivity for you 6 months from ETD.
8. What's your payment term?
Normally we work with customers under L/C at sight or T/T 30% as deposit, balance upon copy of B/L terms.
9.What is your quality control process?
Quality control system is implanted through raw material checking, tooling,handpainting, glazing and final firing. Durpro inspection and final random inspection are carried out based on AQL level 2. In-house testing and third party testing are necessary for the goods.
10.How do you deal with complaints?
We receive less than 10 complaints throughout the whole year which mainly regards to few broken cartons and malfunction of accessories. We will be 100% responsible for your loss caused by quality and packing. Replacement and improvement plan will beprovided.
