Model: TY-1000
KF94 fish type (willow leaf type) one-to-one mask machine is suitable for (Korea) KF94 standard/(Japan) DS2 standard mask production automatic machine. According to different raw materials used, the machine can produce different standard masks.
The whole machine is composed of: material rack part, upper nose part, shape welding part, folding forming part, shape cutter part, turning part, material dividing part, ear strap part, and stacking part; The machine is equipped with servo motors, air cylinders, and ultrasonic welding instrument to complete the production.
1. Material rack: air expansion shaft, magnetic powder brake and controller to ensure that the material tension is moderate and not wrinkled;
2. The upper nose line part: the cylinder is welded with ultrasonic waves, and the nose line with the required length is fixed on the material;
3. The shape welding part: the mold is matched with ultrasonic wave, and the initial texture welding;
4. Folding: folding fabric;
5. Shape cutter part: custom-made cutter, roll-cutting and forming, at this time the mask is initially formed;
6. Flip part: turn the mask over to prepare for ear straps;
7. Partitioning: Reasonable distribution and increased production capacity;
8. Ear strap part: a special rotating disk for the mask machine industry, and the ear strap wire is spot welded to the semi-finished mask with ultrasound, and the mask is formed at this time;
9. Collection part: take out the belt, products collection;
This machine is universally designed for the production of non-woven Multi-layer face mask, it is mainly constructed by material feeding, shaping and welding, die cutting, transmission, ear string welding(ESW) and stacking mechanism. Except materials loading to be done by manual, other functions fully automatically run. It also can be combined with 1 or 2 ESW stations to setup a line which depends on line speed requirement.
The mask size and appearance can be customized; From filming to earband welding, the whole machine has achieved a high degree of automation, simple and convenient operation, small size, which is conducive to site planning; This machine is mature, stable and reliable, and has a very low failure rate. The products have been exported to South Korea, Vietnam, Japan and other countries, and are well received.
