1. Condensation technology
The principle of oil and gas condensation recovery: using the nature of different organic components in VOCs gas at different temperatures at different temperatures, the temperature of the system is reduced by the refrigeration unit stage, so that the vapor pressure of some hydrocarbons in the oil and gas reaches In the saturated state, the supersaturated steam gradually condenses into a liquid state and is collected to achieve the purpose of recovering oil and purifying gas. 2. Adsorption technology
Adsorption recovery principle: The organic components in VOCs enter the pores of the adsorbent and are adsorbed by the difference in the binding strength between the components in the VOCs gas and the adsorption material. The method of recovering hydrocarbons in oil and gas by pressure swing or temperature desorption.
3. Absorption technology
Absorption principle: using low-volatile or non-volatile liquid as the absorbent, using the differences in the solubility or chemical reaction characteristics of various components in the exhaust gas, so that harmful components in the exhaust gas are absorbed by the absorbent, thereby achieving the purification of exhaust gas purpose.
4. Catalytic oxidation technology
The principle of catalytic oxidation technology: under the action of catalysts (Pt, Pd and other heavy metals), VOCs and O2 undergo oxidation reaction at low temperature (200~4009℃) to produce CO2 and IH2O.
The catalytic oxidation reaction equation is as follows:
CnHm + (n+m/4)O2 = nCO2 + (m/2)H2O + Q reverse heat
Compared with the ordinary direct combustion method for processing VOCs, this technology has the advantages of low ignition temperature and safe operation of equipment. For the treatment of low-concentration VOCs and the need to meet the current national emission standards, catalytic oxidation treatment technology is a more suitable treatment technology.
5. Low temperature plasma technology
Low temperature plasma is the fourth state of matter after solid, liquid, and gas. When the applied voltage reaches the discharge voltage of the gas, the gas is broken down, producing a mixture of electrons, various ions, atoms, and free radicals. Although the electron temperature is high during the discharge process, the temperature of the heavy particles is very low, and the entire system exhibits a low temperature state, so it is called low temperature plasma. Low-temperature plasma degradation of pollutants is the use of these high-energy electrons, free radicals and other active particles and pollutants in the exhaust gas, so that pollutant molecules decompose in a very short time, and subsequent various reactions occur

6. Membrane separation technology

Security system
