you can download the map update from our website or anywhere else for Android map .

1.You can buy a SD card with map from us ,map will be installed before shipping

2.you can download any other map by yourself.

Is it possible to listen to music or radio while using navigation ?!
Yes, it is possible to listen to radio or music while using the navigation system.

Do these units support steering wheel control ?
Yes of course. some special models might need CANBUS, please check carefully before you buy.

Can we install the DVD Units our self ?
It is preferred that the installation to be done by a professional person. We are not responsible for the damages that might occur to the dashboard of the car while installing the device. So it is better that a professional person installs the unit on the cars.

Warranty

1.We provide 7 days replacement and 12 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first year.

2.Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.(In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package).

3.Before returning items, please make sure you get our return address, and write "gift" on the delivery detail sheet.

4.Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
