Introduction

This kit uses magnetic beads and buffer system with separation function, which can separate and purify high quality nucleic acid from samples. When the conditions change, magnetic beads release the absorbed nucleic acid, so as to achieve rapid extraction and purification of nucleic acid in samples..

Samples available for extraction
• This kit is suitable for the extraction and purification of nucleic acids (DNA and RNA) in serum, plasma, virus culture, swab lotion and other samples. Samples should be stored in time after collection to avoid cross-contamination between samples.
• This kit is only used to extract nucleic acid from the sample. The sample types and storage conditions are different. For specific sample requirements, please strictly follow the relevant requirements of nucleic acid testing kit to the samples.
• Before nucleic acid extraction, the sample should be fully mixed to avoid affecting the quantity of nucleic acid extracted.

Storage and stability
