SOUZ Vacuum Pump T Series Updated Two-stage Oil Lubricated Rotary Vane vacuum pumps
SOUZ VACUUM Rotary vane vacuum pumps are available in single- and two-stage versions and can be operated with different types of lubrication or dry-running.
With its two-stage rotary vane pumps, SOUZ Vacuum has offered two very successful ranges for many years now. Their long life and pumping speed are the outstanding properties of these pumps.
Two-stage rotary vane pumps can be used in the pressure range between 100 hPa and a pressure roughly a decade above the final pressure.
2XZ series vacuum pump cover a pumping speed range of 1.3 to 275 m3/h.
2XZ series vacuum pump cover a pumping speed range of 1.3 to 275 m3/h.
T series vacuum pump is an updated model on the basic of 2XZ model, covering a pumping speed range of 8m3/h to 60m3/h.
An integrated gas ballast feed allows condensable vapors to be pumped down.
Lightweight, quiet, and compact, they feature an anti-suckback valve and gas ballast knob, quick disconnect ISO/KF fittings for inlet and outlet, and are ideal for a variety of applications.
Oil helps seal the clearance between the vanes and the housing in SV Series, 2XZ/T series,2XZ series vacuum pumps.
A choice of versions provides the right variant for every application.
Single stage oil flooded rotary vane vacuum pump : SV008-SV630
Two stage oil lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump : 2XZ-2C~2XZ-25C. T8~T60 ; 2X-4A-2X-100A
Forced lubrication pumps in the T series are particularly suitable for corrosive gas applications due to their FPM seals and Corrosion resistant technology and the use of special materials Aviation aluminum for the housing. The two largest models in this series also have integrated oil filters and oil casing flushing device.

A4: Yes, all oil vacuum pumps are supplied with the first charge of 100# vacuum oil that sealed in a bottle in order to avoid leaks during the transportation. But not supplied if shipping by Airplane.

A5: One year except the consumable spare parts.

A6. NO. Vacuum pump MUST be using vacuum pump oil, no other motor oil,gear oil. .
