the pre-processing of meats and seafood before barbecue or deep fry. After marinated, the foodstuffs, especially the meats, could
be reduced the undesirable fishy or gamy odors and preserved the tender and juicy taste while the delicious flavor enhanced from

the surface by the powdered seasoning .


How to use




CASE ONE: ROASTED CHICKEN
Main Ingredient: Spring Chicken(1kg)

Seasoning: Marinate Mix(70g), Peanut Oil(appropriate), Honey(appropriate)

Remark: the usage is 70g Marinate Mix and 70ml water for 1kg foodstuffs to be roasted.


Cooking steps
1, Pour Marinate Mix into a bowl by 70 gram.
2, Add in clean water by 70 ml




3, Mix well. the barbecue sauce ready then.
4, Cut off the chicken head and feet, get rid of the viscera and clean up. ready for use in a basin.




5, Pour the barbecue sauce in the basin;
6,Dress the sauce inside and outside the body well.




7, wrapped in plastic and preserved in the refrigerator for one day and night. In the course, turn over the chicken twice so as to ensure the sauce absorbed fully;
8, Lay down the marinated chicken in a plate bedded with tin foil.




9, Daubed with a spoon of peanut oil on the surface;
10, Daubed with a spoon of honey on the surface




11, Preheat the oven to 250 Celsius degree for 10 minutes and then put the daubed chicken in place for 40 minutes. In the course, turn it over and daub the oil and honey one more time.
12, Take out the roasted chicken. Serve hot.




Tips:
1, Different oven have different temperature standard. adjust the actual temperature accordingly.
2, The tips of the chicken wing and leg had better be wrapped in tinfoil, avoiding being burned in roasting.
