We are a factory,so we have price advantage than trading company.
2. Can we get some samples?Any charges?
Yes, you can get available samples in our stock. Free for real samples, but freight cost.
Sample charge is only for ur customized design.If ur quantity is above 1000pcs,sample charge can refund.
3. How can we get a quote? When can I get the price?
First, U can contact our salesman through Alitalk .
Second, Please offer the specification of the product, such as material,size,shape,color,quantity,surface finishing, etc.

We usually quote within12 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
4. What format design file you want for printing?
AI; PDF; CDR; PSD; EPS.
5. Can you help with the design?
Yes, we have professional designers to help with simple information such as logo and some images.
6. What's the trade term and payment term?
30% or 50% of the total value to be paid before producing. Accept T/T, L/C, Paypal. Can be negotiated.
7. May i have new sample made with my design for confirmation?
Yes. We can do the high quality sample same as your design for confirmation.
8. How long can I get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files,the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days.The samples will be sent to your via express and arrive in 3-5 days .
9. What about the lead time?
It depends on the products. Normally 25 to 35 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance.
10. How can i know if my goods have been shipped?
Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. once shipped.
11. What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?
DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 3 to 5 workdays of express delivery. 10 to 30 workdays by sea.
12. Do you have MOQ?
Our MOQ is 500 units per size and design. But usually we accept less quantity such as 300 pieces on the condition T/T 100% paid.
