Product Description
Brick maker is brick production machinery and equipment, using stone powder, fly ash, slag, main slag, gravel, sand, water as rawmaterials through machinery mixing ,extrusion forming,and maintenance to be final bricks.
Raw materials:
sand, stone powder, cement, fly ash, gangue, slag, steel slag, ceramsite, perlite and other industrial wastes.
Application:
Brick maker can produce all kinds of exterior wall blocks, interior wall blocks, flower wall blocks, floor blocks, berm blocks, interlocking blocks, kerb blocks，color pavement bricks and other blocks.
Characteristics:
The brick maker adopts high quality PLC programmable controller and color touch screen, which is more user-friendly operation interface to let users can easily achieve man-machine dialogue.
★ Adopt rotary type cloth dispenser, the material can be spread more even and faster, the product compactness is better to solve the problem of long time of material casting status.
★ The brick mould is made of high quality manganese steel, throughout carburized and quenched process, which is not easy to be deformed and worn.
★ The control system has intelligent interlock function to prevent mechanical failure caused
by mis-operation
