1. What kind of products do you provide?
We have rich experience in supplying different interior and exterior natural stone products, including wall and floor tiles,
stairs and risers, countertops and vanity tops, bathroom stone and mosaic, fireplace and hearths, window and door frame, and exterior wall cladding, mushroom stone, loose stone, culture stone, retaining wall stone, walkway and driveway paving stone, kerb stone, coping stone, water fountain, sculpture, stepping stone and other garden stones, etc.
2. Are you a trading company or factory?
We're a manufacturing and trading combo, cooperated with many quarries which have great advantages on the pricing, delivery and product consolidations, etc.
3. How do I know your quality?
High resolution and detailed photos/videos and free sample will be able to verify our quality. We also update you product pictures during production process, and our QC inspectors will inspect the products all the way to make sure the highest quality. After production, QC inspection by yourself / your friend / 3rd party QC agent is acceptable.
4. Can I get a sample first? And how does it charge?
Yes, free sample is available with freight collect or prepaid.
5. What if the tiles are broken during transition?
We use the strongest package to protect the products from damange, and from our more than 10 yeares experience, we figure out the safest and most practical packing way and it works really well all the time. Besides, all of our products are insuranced, our after sales will sort out the reasons and make sure you'll be properly compensated if any problems.
6. What's the benefits for long term importers or distributors?
For those regular customers, we offer incredible discount, sample free shipping, free sample for custom design, custom packaging and QC as per custom requirements.
7. Can I get a door to door service? or can I get the tiles delivered to my door?
Yes, we offer delivery to your door service, which makes your work easy.
8. What's your MOQ?
A: For Slabs & Tiles, usually in 100 m2.
B: Other items depends, such as tombstones can be MOQ 1 Set, Baluster 10 pieces etc.
9. What's the port of loading?
A: Normally Xiamen Port, Tianjin Port, Wuzhou Port, Wuhan Port, Qingdao Port, etc.
10. How is your packing?
A: Normally we pack our stone with fumigated wooden boxes (foam and plastic film inside) with plastic tapes in 6 sides, further strengthened with iron sheet in the corner. Individual carton packing or customized packing is available.
11. What's your payment terms?
A: We accept many payment terms: TT, L/C, Trade Assurance, W/U etc.;
For small batch orders, Western Union, MoneyGram, Escrow, Paypal are accepted by us.
12. What's your production lead time?
A: The normal lead time is around 3 weeks for one 20' GP. Faster lead time is available upon confirmation.
