Introduction:

G80 Eye Type Rotating Ring with Key Wrench is most commonly used for lifting and load restraint applications. There are different options with different sizes and capacities from M8-M100 (0.6-50TON). Adjustable in different direction of pull. A plane bolting surface guaranteed. The material to which the lifting point is attached should be adequate strength to withstand forces during lifting without deformation. With captive screw.

Can be loaded in all directions with a safety factor of 4 times;

Lifting points are made to be welded on and are designed for a fixed anchor lifting point.

Because of its excellent welding quality, the weld-on lifting point is ideally used on trucks, steel, marine vessels and material handling equipment.

They has a dismountable D-ring to enable assembly of roundsling, master link or hook directly onto the lifting point. The disassembly is an easy turn of the D-ring, no tools are needed.

It is a very versatile lifting point and can safely be used for most applications. The ball-bearings allow the load to be rotated during the lift, which is especially good when maintenance is needed on heavy tools and other types of equipment. The design allows the link to be folded over the housing when idle, allowing the lifting point to be almost completely stowed away when not in use. The closed, oblong link is also equipped with a "stay-up"-function for easy on-hooking, especially when there is limited space.
