Features

The machine mainly uses EEP and stainless steel materials.

Integrated EEP material: The whole machine adopts one-piece EPP material. EEP is a high end material. It can reduce noise. EEP material has super excellent sealing and heat preservation functions, which effectively reduces energy consumption. Compared with sheet metal material, the machine is lighter. It is anti-shock, durable and acid, alkali, and moisture resistant. 

Stainless steel material: the machine surface looks smooth. It’s easy to clean and maintain. It has high plasticity, toughness, mechanical strength and good corrosion resistance.

Filter: The machine uses US 3M filter material, which is able to efficiently filter PM2.5 up to 99% and ensures to provide clean and fresh air.

Motor: We use EMB DC double air inlet motor from Germany; constant flow, high air pressure, and low noise ensure stable and quiet long distance air supply.

The design air volume of the machine is 350m3/h, and the actual max air volume can reach 500m3/h. Higher air volume can be achieved by increasing air volume and wind pressure in the advanced mode.

Exchange core: from American DAIS membrane, washable, no leakage, no condensation, no cross contamination, no need drainage device.

Filter replacement

1. when the filter usage is less than 10% shown in the controller, it need replacing in time.

2. open the filter cover as shown in the figure

3. take out the filter in the direction shown in the figure

4. put the replaced filter into the corresponded track and close the cover.

5. enter into the filter setting page on the controller and long press filter progress bar for 5 seconds to reset. When the filter shows 100%, the reset is done.

Q: Are you a factory?

A: Yes, we are a international trading department belong to MENRED Group, Our Group has three factories,one is in Germany, another two in China.

Q: I need your price list of all your products, do you have a price list ?

A: We do not have a price list of all of our products. Because we have so many items,and it’s impossible to mark all of their price on a list.And the price are always changing because of the producing cost.If you want to check any price of our products, please feel free to contact us.We will send offer to you soon!

Q: I can’t find the product on your catalogue, can you make this product for me?

A: Our catalogue shows most of our products,but not all.So just let us know what product do you need,

and how many do you want.If we do not have it,we can also design and make a new mould to produce

it.For your reference,making a ordinary mould will take about 35-45 days.

Q : Can you make customized products and customized packing?

A: Yes.We made a lot of customized products for our customer before.(mainly wire harness) And we made many moulds for our customers alread.About customized packing,we can put your Logo or other info on the packing.There is no problem.Just have to point out that ,it will cause some additional cost.

Q: Can you provide samples ? Are the samples free ?

A: Yes,we can provide samples.Normally,we provide 1-3pcs free samples for test or quality checking.

But you have to pay for the shipping cos.If you need many items, or need more qty for each item,

we will charge for the samples.

Q : How to ship my order ? Is it safe?

A: For small package, we will send it by Express, tsuch as DHL,FedEx,UPS,TNT,EMS.That’s a

Door to Door service.

     For big packages, we will send them by Air or By sea.We will use good packing and ensure

the safety.We will be responsible to any product damage caused on deliver.
