Truck Body Introduction
HolyCore 4.2m dry freight body is made of 20mm HolyPan (Thermoplastic honeycomb sandwich panel) and aluminum profiles, the weight of the body is much lighter than other materials and is very suitable for urban electric light trucks.
We have two most conventional sizes (MM),
4150-2100-2150 (L*W*H)
4150-2300-2300 (L*W*H)
In addition, we accept customized truck bodies
Regarding the packing and delivery, we offer CKD units.
CKD assembly overview:
1. We produce the panels and purchase the parts that are necessary for the entire body
2. We pre-assemble the six pieces, which are front wall, left wall, right wall, rear door, roof, floor
3. We package these six packages separately, and attach the accessories such as glues, rivets etc.
4. When you receive the container, unload the parts and assemble the parts according to our instructions

Packing & Delivery
To delivery CKD products, we will carefully fix all the parts in the container with packing strap.
A 20 FT container could load about 7-8 unites of 4.2 meters truck bodies, depending on whether you need the sub frames or not.

First we need the exterior dimension of the box you need,and after we confirm the configurations we will be able to make quotations for you, and then we need a draft of the chassis to process the order if you need the floor or sub-frames.
