We believe that quality can only be ensured by strictly controlling all production process. Therefore, from production drawings, raw material selection to production, assembly inspection and packaging, we take it seriously.
Packing & Loading
DECOLEADER usually offer two packing methods for main cabinet products--Flat packing & Assemble packing. Both package situation will be strong protected and labeled. We also offer part assemble packing to balance clients' shipping cost and labor cost, like drawer unit pre-assembled. Other cabinets are flat packing.
For glass and bench tops. we use MDF or Plywood crate to protect in transit. See as below!

Flat packing
One cabinet one package. Package sequence will be labeled if one cabinet has several packages. Like big wardrobes
Assemble packing
Edge and angle will be protected well to avoid broken. We also suggest pallet loading for pre-assembled cabinet. It will solve many of your unloading time at site, and much safe! As below!

1. What is your MOQ?
A: We don't require a MOQ. But we will suggest you purchase 1x20GP to keep FCL safe shipping.
2. How to get a price from you?
A: We do need you send us floor plan, finish schedule, products requirement, and other documents which could help us understand better of your project. Then we will discuss with you and quote price to you with best proposal.
Design & Service
1. Do you provide design service if I send project information and floor plan to you?
A: Exactly, we provide Auto-CAD dawing according to your floor plan. 3D rendering design will be offered on charge.
Bill & Payment
1. What is your payment term?
A: Normally, we accept 50% deposit by TT before production, balance to be paid before loading.
2. What is your trade term?
A: Our standard price term is FOB China. We could also price on EXW, CIF, DDU.
Production & Inspection
1. What's your production capacity?
A: Dongguan production base: 8000 unit cabinets per month
Heyuan production base: 28000 unit cabinets per month
2. How do I check the quality?
A: Your guys and QC is welcome to do inspection in factory. or start an video meeting with our sales and QC on line inspect. Decoleader always do self-inspection and take photos of each cabinet/dimension/details. Photos will be loaded on drop-box and send to you.
