 2015 XXL Isolator with Workspace, Hatch and Service Space

This isolator has been developed and produced on behalf of a Bonapace capsules filler. This unit offers the highest protection for both the user and the environment. The Isolator consists of a (main) workspace, a hatch and a service space. The pressure in the workspace and the hatch of the installation is negative.

The workspace has an interlocked door. The front door is interlocked. The front window can be opened
for service or the loading of larger objects. Small objects can be transported via a (rapid transfer
port). Gloves can be used to perform manual actions.

The transfer hatch is located next to the workspace. Using two doors goods can be transported from the
surrounding area via the transfer hatch into the workspace without breaking the containment of the
workspace. This is arranged using an interlock system.



Main chamber
The 3 applied inlet filters and the 4 exhaust filters are filters with a very high efficiency. Class H14 in accordance with EN1822. Both inlet and exhaust filters are safe change using “push-push” principle.

Hatch
The inlet filter and the 2 exhaust filters are filters with a very high efficiency. Class H14 in accordance with EN1822. Both inlet and exhaust filters are safe change using “push-push” principle.
