Products Description
Solution culture of anaerobes
Intended Use AnaeroBag is used for anaerobes incubation.
Specification: 500mL and 2.5L
It is a complete system of anaerobes isolation and cultivation
1.As soon as those inner paper sachets exposed to air and react on with air, oxygen is rapidly absorbed (O2 ＜0.1% within 1.5h ) and carbon dioxide is produced(CO2 ＜7-15% within 2.0h );
2.Anaerobic indicator: Indicate whether the anaerobic conditions is qualified;
3.Matching products: CUL bag(used as a sealed container for agar plates and sachets) and sealing clip;
4.Matching product: well-sealed box(used as a sealed container for agar plates and sachets);
5.Various anaerobic media

Procedures
1.Preparation: AnaeroBag, CUL bag or box, Anaerobic indicator, sealing clip, anaerobic culture media;
2.Finish inoculating and put the inoculated media in one CUL bag or box.
3.Tear open the anaerobic indicator and put it in the CUL bag or box.
4.Tear open the foil package of AnaeroBag and take out two inner sachets;
5.Seal the CUL bag or box not exceed 1minute;
6.Put it in one incubator in time.
