The HZ-DTF32 series roll printer developed by our company can print various rolls or single sheets of materials, such as: heat transfer film, film, stickers, pu film,etc.

At present, the most popular is the application in the apparel industry.

The printer prints directly on the film and heat transfers it on the clothes with hot melt adhesive powder.

Printed material is not limited, polyester, cotton, non-woven fabric, chiffon fabric,silk and so on all can be printed. Suitable for water-absorbent materials, such as clothes, hoodies, cloth, fabric, textile etc.

Our HONZHAN HZ-DTF32 Printer standard with roll winder (Roll feeder), can print 100 meters transfer film at one time, as long as the width is less than or equal to 32cm.

1. Select the image to be printed

2. Printer prints the image onto the transfer film

3. Sprinkle hot melt powder onto the transfer film image

4. Put the transfer film in the oven to dry, the temperature is controlled at 150 ℃, 10 seconds

5. Use heat press machine to heat the film image onto the clothes, the temperature is controlled at 160 ℃, 10 seconds

Single sheet printing: both front and back can be fed

Roll material printing: back roller feeding

2). The machine is equipped with suction worktable, easily and completely absorb thin and light materials, prevent printed materials from moving, ensure printing accuracy ;
