1. Application

OTD500 split type copper wire crusher machine adopts advanced design, rational structure, electrical controlled by PLC and reliable operation. This machine includes single shaft shredder, cleaning line, crusher, vibrator, dust collector and electrical control system. After being crushing, it can make sheath and core separated and gathered at different areas of the screen mesh’s surface. With airflow function and screen box straight shock excitation, the sheath and core be separated, and get copper particles, plastic pellets and mixture from different ports. Dust goes to dust gatherer through air flue. The vibrating screen controlled by transducer that can adjust frequency according to different conditions, meanwhile the air value controlled by adjusted valve and all these actions are be controlled by buttons. This type of machine is easy for operation and maintenance. 

It can process outer cable diameter below 60mm cables, If single wire beyond 0.2mm the separation precision can reach 98%.If single wire diameter belower 0.2mm, the separation precision will be worse.

It will be ideal choice for the recycled factory. This machine can process 300~500Kg waste cables per hour.
