About the standard configuration of the electric mine dumper
We can provide different configurations for different customer environments.
For example, the current standard configuration(Cardan shaft rear axle with brush motor) is suitable for various mines and road conditions. If the mine is located in high altitude area, we can provide the customer with direct-connection brushless motor rear axle or Cardan shaft brushless motor rear axle, which can reduce motor power attenuation caused by high altitude.
Therefore, if your customer has specific use environment, you can tell us such as the altitude of the mine, the local temperature of the mine dumper, the slope of the mine, and the speed of the vehicle required by the customer, which will help us recommend more suitable products to the customer.

Cardan shaft rear axle
The LK135 electric dumper adopts the rear axle of the cardan shaft, there is no resistance caused by the operation of the double row chain type, the operation is relatively stable, and there is no noise. The cardan shaft can buffer the impact of the motor, and the motor is not easy to be damaged.
Motor : driving motor and lifting motor
Driving motor adopts 60V3000W brushed motor with cooling fan which has heavy loading and prevent damage from overheating. Add a motor protection plate and red box to the motor wiring port for insulation treatment.
Lifting motor is 1000W dynamic balance "动平衡" brush motor.
In addition, the main line has been upgraded to 8mm ², and all the lines are wrapped with fire-resistand and flame-retardant cloth.

Battery
Under normal circumstances, the standard configuration on our LK135 electric mining dumper truck is 4 pieces of 80Ah water battery, 30kg/piece, which can be replaced by 4pcs of 52Ah dry battery for free.
Controller
The controller has been newly upgraded, adding a black master switch and now we both upgrade to white air switch, and bilingual signs in Chinese and Spanish are posted on the outside of the body and the controller.

The frame
①The frame used by this LK135 electric mining dumper truck is independently developed and produced by our factory. It is formed by a beam through an integrated bending machine, and the buckles are welded in advance for later wiring. The entire line is neatly routed and easy to maintain and quality assurance.
②The two small designs at the rear of the frame fully demonstrate that our company prioritizes customer needs. The first rear end is sealed during welding, which is waterproof and rust proof. The second rear end is also cut with a gap to facilitate smooth self unloading, making the vehicle smoother during self unloading.

LK135 electric agriculture dumper 3mm thick steel plate is crash worthy and wear resistant (other supplier use 1-2mm). ①The weld-free box plate that is bent four times is more durable. ②Use the pills to strongly intensively strike and rub the box, so that the scale, rust and dirt on the surface will fall off quickly. ③After welding the frame, it is manually polished before starting painting and assembly. At last, The cargo box is processed by lacquer powder, painting is good.
Latest free upgraded parts
1. Galvanized seats and front gantry
The LK135 load 1.5T electric dumper seats are changed to a silver galvanized style from 2022. The advantage of silver galvanizing is that the seat will not rust due to bumping and peeling paint.
Now our front gantry are technically updated and use laser cutting technology and then welding. The frame after laser cutting is also one piece, but we add two uprights at the front. This can greatly strengthen the front gantry.

2. Front and rear headlights and reversing sound "beep beep beep"
LED front and rear headlights, front and rear horns, when you reverse the dumpers, the LK135(1.5T), LK200(2T) and LK270(2.5T) electric dumpers will emit a beeping sound(original is Chinese sound)to ensure normal operation in a dark environment.

The main line has been upgraded from the original 6mm² to 8mm² which is not easy cause heat. The main line is wrapped with a glass fiber tube with insulating and flame-retardant functions which can be well insulated and wear-resistant corrosion-resistant high temperature resistant and strong flame-retardant.

4. The new frame design
The rectangular tube is more precise after being cut by the laser tube cutting machine, and different boxes and frames can be matched with each other.
5. The position of the lift lever for oil pump
It is welded and fixed on the frame in advance, and is subjected to uniform shot blasting and sandblasting before painting.
6. The reinforcement column on the side of the box
It is laser cut and bent in one piece, and no welding is used in the middle position.
7. Weld and seal the rear of the frame
Add seals at the tail of the frame, the rear of the frame is welded to prevent water from rusting.
8. Detail treatment of spray paint and anti-rust
The shim plate supporting the steel spring plate on the rear axle was originally painted on one side only, but now the interior has also been painted to prevent rust.
9. Upgraded dump hook
The new self-unloading hook is cut by laser cutting and use one long pin to be fixed, the edge is smooth and bright. It is more beautiful and strong, anti-reverse hook.

The 40cm small shock absorber(Picture 1) is not suitable for driving on the roads in the mining area after market verification, so vehicles leaving the factory after August 2022 will be upgraded to a single row large shock absorber for free (50cm in the picture 2 is a single row large shock absorber). If double row shock absorber(Picture 3) is required, additional fees will be paid. If it is not used in the mining area, the 40cm ordinary small shock absorber(Picture 1) can still be used, and the price can be reduced.
