Product Overview
FZG Series Square Vacuum Dryer
This equipment is used for powder drying, baking and various glass containers disinfection and sterilization, especially suitable for drying materials with heat sensitivity, easy decomposition, easy oxidation and complex components.
Main Features
1. As the boiling point of the material solution decreases under vacuum, the heat transfer impetus of the evaporator increases, so a certain amount of heat transfer can save the heat transfer area of the evaporator.
2.The heat source for evaporation can be low pressure steam or heating steam.
3.The evaporator has less heat loss.
4.It can be disinfected before drying, and no impurity mixed in the drying process, which meets the requirements of GMP.
5.It belongs to static vacuum dryer, so the shape of drying material will not be damaged. Using the condenser, the solvent in the material can be recovered effectively.

Principle
It's well-known that vacuum drying is to heat and dry the dried materials under vacuum conditions. If use vacuum pump for dehumidification, the drying rate will be accelerated. If use condenser, the solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser. If use SK series water ring vacuum pump, the condenser is not needed and the investment is saved.
