2 ) How many people do we need for operating all machines ?
It's depend on your output/capacity (how many pcs glass) per day.
Usually need 6-12 people.
3 ) How much space do we need for all machines ?
It's depend on your output/capacity (how many pcs glass) per day.
Usually need 500-1500 square meter
4 ) What kind of glasses can we produce ?
Right now, tempered glass projector use 0.33mm thickness glass, and sometime low price glass use 0.4mm thickness glass. Also can produce different brand and model mobile phone glass, such as Iphone/Samsung/LG/HUAWEI/OPPO/VIVO etc.
5 ) When we installed all the machines what will our max produce capacity per day or per hour ?
One set of CNC machine capacity 300-360 pcs per hour, if your people work 16 hours with double-shift per day, will be 4800-57600 pcs per day.
If you need capacity 10,000 pcs per day, will need 2 set of CNC machines and other type machines
6 ) How can be obtain the raw material and what is it's cost ?
We ND Group not only supply machines, also supply raw material, so we can give you raw material.
Usually, my customer purchase raw material from us for three months capacity tempered glass, then they will know every details, can purchase raw material by themself.
7 ) What is it cost to setup all machines ?
About total machine price, it's depend on your capacity per day. 
Follow the capacity, will update you how many machines you need. And also include machine and raw material quotation.
8 ) What is raw materials for mobile phone tempered glass ? 
0.33MM glass, AB film, Grinding Head, Glass cutting liquid, Acrylic, Polishing powder, Anti-fingerprint Oil etc.

Then put Screen Protector Making Machine into wooden case for safety and to avoid clashing.

Lastly, the Screen Protector Making Machine is transported in the wooden case into the container.

2.English manual and CD video for machine using and maintaining will be sent to  you with the machine
