SJ65/33 High-Effective Single-screw Extruder
According to the features of PE, LD of this extruder is 33, so the materials can be compressed, force fed, melted,separated and mixed in barrel in adequate time. The separated screw, equipped with pineapple head and barrier segment, can realize low melting temperature and ensure excellent plasticized performance and stable extrusion output.The reduction box is from Jiangyin, floor type, with hard tooth surface, which can ensure max moment of extruder output.
Transducers are from ABB, RKC temperature controller, Siemens contactors. Mould heater and electric cabinet adopt aviation connection. (all the above-mentioned are equipped according to user’s requests ), PLC from Siemens brand.

Vacuum Calibration Tank
The whole forming box is divided into two rooms, which is convenient for cooling pipes as they entering into forming box by 40%, waste pipe length is reduced and smooth pipe traction is ensured. The vacuum degrees of two rooms can be adjusted separately, so the technology is more flexible. Vacuum system and water pump system for cool forming are equipped on the vacuum forming machine. Water pump uses circling water in box, with temperature control and water level control devices. Nozzles are distributed in high density. The fog nozzles outlets can cool pipes adequately. R type diameter board is equipped in box. Longitude moving device, manual direction adjusting devices are equipped on the vacuum forming machine.

Haul-off Unit
The function of traction is to provide certain traction force and speed for the pipes extruded out of die head already in primary profile and dimension. It can haul off pipes evenly and adjust pipe wall thickness through traction speed.Adopt mechanical pedrail adjusting, equipped with pneumatic compressing device. Center adjustment is controlled by PLC.
Knife Cutting Unit
