Vacuum Cleaning Furnace

Vacuum cleaning furnace adopts high quality stainless steel heating tube directly heated in vacuum furnace, sealing parts adopt high temperature resistant seal ring. Don't need water cooling protection, so the device heating power is small, high thermal efficiency, fast heating speed, good temperature uniformity, heater inspection maintenance is convenient. Comparing with heating outside, the furnace heating power saving 60%, water saving 50%, and overcome the poor temperature uniformity due to water cooling furnace, local defects such as cleaning effect is not good. The whole set of equipment is high automation, smokeless and pungent odour, can be placed in the factory building at ease to use.
