This product is used for various porous,breathable mesh of sports shoes,printing effect isthickner or 3D effect. And it is also available for TPU,PU,leather material printing. |
Product Characteristics: |
This product is applied to sports shoe printing,which is eco-friendly, soft, non-sticky, excellent low temperature and flexural resistance, scratch resistance ,aging resistance, fading resistance, acid and alkali resistance, high solid content, good adhesion between layers. |
Application Methods: |
1.Recommending to use (39T/100)- (48T/120) meshed screen plate. |

2. Photographic film thickness is 30 microns,the distance to the printing material is 5mm,rendering 4-6 times. |
| 3.Printing water-based ink for covering 2-3 times. (the specific process according to theproduct requirement) |

Attention: |
1.Please add 1-3% special agent to the water based ink in order to improve the adhesion, dryand wet rub resistance ,acid and alkali resistance. The ink with special agent must be used upwithin 4 hours |
| 2.Printing for two times firstly,1 scratch 1 time.Please pay attention to master the scratchefforts,meanwhile please make sure the ink had dried for a long time to go on next printing. |
| 3.lf the screen is blocked,please stop in time to clean the screen with water. |
| 4.Different material and environment will cause different printing effect, please make full testbefore mass production. |

6 months in the condition of sealing state and without mixing other materials |
