A1 : We provide daily used ceramic dinnerware mainly in material of porcelain, stoneware and new bone china.
Q2 : How is your service for customize?
A2 : We have our own design teams to satisfy different market demand.We could do customize of logo,decal,shape,size,package ,only need you offer your idea and design
Q3: Does the company get any quality certificates or past any environmental management system and factory audit?
A3: Yes, all products test can be passed by third party of ITS , , etc.
We achieved the ISO9001:2008, also had passed factory audit by Walmart, BSCI, SEDEX.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A4: In generally, we accept 30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance against the shipping documents. Or L/C at sight.
Q5: What's your production Lead-time for bulk order?
A5: Generally it takes 40-50days for quantity of one 40HQ and 45-60 days in peak season or OEM designs.
Q6: What's the lead-time for sample?
A6: Within 3 days for white body, 7-10 days for decorated sample, 10-15 days for OEM designs and shapes.
Q7: What about the cost for samples and their delivery?
A7: Free sample for our original products, shipping charge on buyer's cost, OEM designs will charge according to the design, the sample charge will be refunded once we get your bulk order
