1. What is remy human hair? 

Remy human hair is the highest grade of real, human hair, which is a preferred choice for hair extensions, hairpieces and wigs because it achieves the most natural look and can be styled and washed just like your own hair.

Remy hair is considered to be the finest quality of human hair because the cuticles are kept intact and not stripped. Preserving the hairs' cuticles and aligning them in a unidirectional fashion creates extensions that are completely natural in appearance.

2. How long do hair extensions last?

(1) Single Donor Virgin Remy Hair
Our one donor virgin remy hair are cut from one person (mostly young girls) and are very healthy. The extensions made with one donor virgin remy hair can last at least 9 months (for light colours) up to one year (for dark colours) or even longer with proper care.

(2) Multiple Donor Virgin Remy Hair
The cuticles of our multiple donor virgin remy hair are also intact and are facing the same direction. The only difference is that these hair are collected from different persons. Extensions made with these hair can last at least 6 months up to 9 months or even longer with proper care.

3. Can I color, tone, or bleach my hair extensions?

Since Remy Sensation Hair Extensions are made of 100% remy human hair, they can be dyed or toned by a professional hair colourist, who has had previous experience working with hair extensions.

4. Why the colors of hair extensions don't seems exactly as the pictures show or description says?

Different monitor have different displays. The same color number may have a little color difference.

5. How do I wash my extensions, and how often should I wash them?

You can wash your hair the same way you would your own hair. Always use shampoo first and then apply a generous amount of conditioner from top to bottom. The best way to dry your hair extensions is air dry. 

Since hair extensions do not receive natural oils from the scalp like our own hair, they do not need to be washed as often. It is recommended that hair is washed 2 to 4 times a month to prevent grease build up and tangling. Please keep in mind that the less you wash your hair, the longer they will last you.

It is highly recommended to use sulfate-free and alcohol-free hair products, as these ingredients can dry the hair out.
