2-5, This equipment is professional CNC busbar bending machine controlled by industry computer, material feeding is operated by manual assistant, bending length is blocked automatically, bending angle is controlled by digital grating. It is closed bending structure, the 2 axis X and Y adopts fine linear guide to keep bending precision, it can avoid the fault of open bending machine and assure the same bending angle in width.

2-6, Max.stroke of axis X is 2000mm, it make bending length longer in single side, improving workpiece bending range.

2-7, Choosing different bending mold can do different bending work, horizontal bending and vertical bending, for the vertical bending, this machine has function of clamping and releasing automatically, it can keep workpiece flatness, reducing arc bending damage.

2-8, Control software can calculate the bending expansion length, for the many bending work busbar, it can confirm bending order automatically and achieve automation. There is angle compensation, bending precision can meet with high performance ±0.2°.
